When are new items available for purchase?

New drops take place every Saturday at 6 PM (CET), unless stated otherwise. Keep an eye on our Instagram (@huedialsofficial) for announcements, updates and exclusive offers.

Is it possible to hold or request a specific item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer holds, pre-sales or personal sourcing services. Items are sold on a first come, first served basis. If no items are available for purchase, it means the latest drop has sold out.

Will items be restocked?

As most of our watches are no longer in production and are individually sourced, restocks are rare. If a watch does return, it may be priced differently depending on its condition and sourcing.

How are the watches sourced?

Our watches are carefully curated and sourced from around the world. Each piece is handpicked, hand cleaned and hand packed.

How are the items priced?

The price of each watch is based on its condition, materials, rarity and any repairs or servicing required.

Do the watches work?

Most of the watches we sell function perfectly. However, some may not, as they can be up to 50 years old. The condition of each watch is always stated in the product description. Some may simply require a new battery or are manual wind watches, while others may no longer be repairable. While many of our watches function perfectly, they are vintage pieces and should be appreciated primarily for their style and character.

How can the watches be best preserved?

We recommend avoiding contact with water. Do not wear your watch while swimming, bathing, exercising or sleeping. Refrain from exposing your watch to chemicals such as perfume, chlorine and detergents, or to objects that may cause damage.

How can the functionality be maintained?

Some watches may require a simple battery replacement, while manual wind watches should be wound regularly. All watches are carefully examined before sale. However, due to the vintage nature of these items, we cannot guarantee that they will maintain regular functionality over time.

How should the watches be cleaned?

Use a soft cloth to gently wipe the watch clean. Refrain from using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, as these may damage or fade the finish.
