FAQ

DROPS

When are new items available for purchase?

There will be drops every Saturday at 6 PM (CET) unless stated otherwise. Keep an eye on our Instagram for announcements, updates and exclusive offers!

Is it possible to hold or request a specific item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer holds, presales, or personal sourcing services. Items are sold on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. If nothing is available for sale, that is because the latest drop has sold out.

Will items be restocked?

As most of the items are no longer in production and are individually sourced, restocks are rare. If they do occur, the new pieces may be priced differently due to the condition and sourcing details.

ITEMS

How are the items sourced?

The watches are carefully curated and are collected from all over the world. Each piece is hand picked, hand cleaned and hand packed.

How are the items priced?

The pricing of each piece is based on condition, materials, need for repair, and rarity.

Do the watches work?

Almost all watches we sell function perfectly, however some do not as the watches can be up to 50 years old. The condition is always stated in the description. Some might require a simple battery change or are wind one watches, while others might be too old to repair. Our watches are meant for style rather than practical timekeeping.

CARE

How can the items be best preserved?

The items should not be worn while swimming, bathing, exercising or sleeping. Refrain from putting the watch in contact with chemicals (perfume, chlorine, detergents, etc.) or objects that may cause damage.

How can the functionality be maintained?

Some watches might require a simple battery change, while others might be too old to repair. All watches are examined before sale. However, they cannot be guaranteed to maintain regular functionality due to the nature of antique items.

How should the items be cleaned?

Use a soft cloth and a sanitiser to gently wipe the watch. Refrain from using abrasive materials and chemicals to avoid fading the finishes.
