HUE DIALS offers free shipping on all domestic and international orders.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 20 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary.

Duties, taxes and import fees may apply upon delivery for international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. HUE DIALS has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. HUE DIALS is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect address information or parcels left unclaimed. In such cases, a reshipping fee will apply.
