Refund policy

Orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please email hello@huedials.com with your order number, full name and reason for the return. Once your return has been approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service. HUE DIALS is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged or delayed during transit. Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

Please ensure to read the description and FAQ prior to purchasing. Refund requests relating to aspects mentioned in the product descriptions will not be accepted.

HUE DIALS is not responsible for lost parcels or damage done during the shipping process. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please send us an email with your order number, full name and a picture of the item, and we will be happy to assist you.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information or being left unclaimed, the customer will be charged a reshipping fee.
