HUE DIALS offers a flat rate for both domestic and international orders.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed once your order has been shipped. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 20 days, depending on the location. 
 
Duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. We do not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. For further details, please contact your local customs office.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Orders are not eligible for cancellations, returns or refunds. All sales are final.
 
Please ensure to read the description and FAQ prior to purchasing. Refund requests relating to aspects mentioned in the product descriptions will not be accepted. 
 
HUE DIALS is not responsible for lost parcels or damage done during the shipping process. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please send us an email with your order number, full name and a picture of the item, and we will be happy to assist you. 
 
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information or being left unclaimed, the customer will be charged a re–shipping fee.
